Precautions for use again after the water purifier is shut down

1. Repeat the rinse

As the pure water system has been placed for a long time, the pure water stored in the internal pipes and the pressure bucket may deteriorate. In order to ensure the terminal water quality and reduce the possibility of contamination of the purification column, the system should be flushed as many times as possible. Specific steps are as follows:

Turn on the water source, turn on the power switch, the water purifier automatically enters the flushing process, about half a minute later, turn off the power, turn on the power switch again, the water purifier automatically rinses again, repeat 3-5 times.

2. Detect the quality of reverse osmosis water (RO)

After the above-mentioned flushing is completed, the pure water machine enters the water production process, and first takes reverse osmosis water (RO), and then continuously discharges the water for 5 minutes, and then checks the quality of the reverse osmosis water (RO).

RO water quality: within 5%-10% of the source water is better (the source water reference standard is 200ppm).

If the test result is too high, the flushing step should be repeated again, or the reverse osmosis membrane filter element should be replaced.

3. Detect the water quality of deionized water (DI) or ultra-pure water (UP)

When the reverse osmosis water (RO) water quality test is qualified, then take deionized water (DI) or ultrapure water (UP), use a conductivity meter to detect or observe deionized water (DI) or ultrapure water ( UP) Water quality.

Deionized water (DI) water quality: 10-18.2MΩ.cm (conductivity of 0.055~0.1us/cm) is qualified.

Ultrapure water (UP) water quality: it is qualified at 18.2MΩ·cm (conductivity of 0.055us/cm).

If the detected value is outside the standard range, you should continue to take water or turn on the internal circulation mode (function of some models), or replace the purification column filter element to prevent the water quality from not meeting the standard and affecting the experimental data.
