The anti-soaking membrane is the central component of the anti-soaking technology. Because the diameter of the membrane is very small, it can reasonably eliminate the melting salt, colloidal solution, microbial species, etc. in the water. In the cleaning process, the physical method uses mechanical equipment to clean air pollutants on the surface of the membrane. The whole cleaning process is safe and firm, and it is not easy to cause air pollutants. There are five different ways to clean up the physics method.
1. Hand washing: Although very primitive, it is very reasonable. This kind of method can quickly clear the stains on the surface of the film, but it cannot quickly clear the fine residue in the film pores;
2. Isobaric hydraulic cleaning: The key is to clean the surface of the water flow, which can reasonably remove the soft residue on the membrane surface. This cleaning method is also applicable to other ultrafiltration membrane components;
3. Reverse washing: It is the reverse of cleaning the surface of the membrane. The cleaning method is reasonable and the cleaning is very quiet;
4. Boiled water washing: The key to this method is to use these viscous and thermally soluble magazines;
5. Water mixing cleaning: In the ultrafiltration equipment, the compressed gas and water mixed together, membrane cleaning, mixing and cleaning the surface can remove difficult impurities.
